Granular Ammonium Sulfate
Produced through our own fertilizer manufacturing operation, established in 1992. We support distributors, fertilizer blenders and agricultural buyers with specification review, practical packaging and export coordination.

Built on Fertilizer Manufacturing
Our own factory has been engaged in fertilizer production since 1992. Buyers work with a team grounded in fertilizer manufacturing and practical export coordination.
For overseas buyers, we focus on the details that matter before shipment: the agreed nutrient specification, particle-size distribution, packaging format, batch documentation and destination requirements.
- Direct communication around product requirements
- Specification and batch COA review before acceptance
- Packaging, marking and export details coordinated for the order
Product Overview
Granular ammonium sulfate, chemical formula (NH₄)₂SO₄, supplies ammonium nitrogen and readily available sulfate sulfur. Its granular form is designed for practical handling, even spreading and fertilizer blending.
Nitrogen + Sulfur
Provides two essential nutrients in one fertilizer source.
Granular & Free-Flowing
A controlled particle-size distribution supports cleaner handling and spreading uniformity compared with fine material.
For Direct Use or Blending
Suitable for direct field application and for compatible bulk-blending programs.
Specification Review
Nutrient content, moisture, acidity, granule range and strength can be reviewed before quotation.
Packaging Options
Small bags, jumbo bags and shipment planning can be discussed according to order requirements.
Export Coordination
Documentation, marking and destination details are confirmed as part of the commercial offer.
Typical Product Specification
The following values are common commercial references for granular fertilizer grade. Final acceptance is based on the mutually agreed specification and the batch Certificate of Analysis.
| Parameter | Typical Commercial Requirement | Commercial Relevance |
|---|---|---|
| Total Nitrogen (N) | ≥20.5% or ≥21.0% | Nutrient declaration and fertilizer value |
| Sulfur (S) | ≥23.5% or ≥24.0% | Sulfate sulfur nutrition |
| Moisture | ≤0.5% or ≤1.0% | Flowability, storage and caking control |
| Free Acidity (as H₂SO₄) | Commonly ≤0.1–0.2% | Handling and material compatibility |
| Particle Size | 2–5 mm, distribution by agreement | Spreading and blending compatibility |
| Granule Strength | By agreed specification | Resistance to breakage during transport |
| Appearance | White to off-white granules | Visual consistency and cleanliness |
| Water Solubility | Soluble in water | Supports nutrient availability |
Applications
Selection and application rate should follow soil analysis, crop requirements and local agronomic guidance.
Agricultural & Fertilizer Use
- Direct field application as a nitrogen-and-sulfur fertilizer
- Raw material for NPK and compound fertilizer production
- Bulk blending with compatible granular fertilizers
- Programs for sulfur-demanding crops and sulfur-deficient soils
Common Crop Segments
- Cereals and field crops
- Oilseed crops
- Vegetables and fruit crops
- Sugar crops, pasture and forage
Granular vs. Crystalline Ammonium Sulfate
| Consideration | Granular Grade | Crystalline / Standard Grade |
|---|---|---|
| Particle form | Larger, controlled granules | Smaller crystals or particles |
| Typical use | Direct spreading and bulk blending | Further processing and selected fertilizer uses |
| Handling | Generally lower dust and better flow | May create more fines depending on material |
| Selection | Choose according to equipment, blend compatibility and the agreed particle-size distribution. | |
Packaging & Shipping
Confirm bag construction, printing, pallet requirements and destination port in the RFQ so the quotation reflects the intended shipment.
Small Bags
25 kg or 50 kg
Woven PP bags, with liner where required. Private-label printing can be discussed.
Jumbo Bags
Commonly 1,000–1,250 kg
Suitable for bulk handling and fertilizer-blending operations.
Shipment Planning
Subject to order and destination
Container loading and other shipment options are reviewed case by case.
What to Include in Your RFQ
The clearer the commercial requirement, the faster we can review product fit and prepare an accurate offer.
- Required nitrogen and sulfur specification
- Target particle-size range and distribution
- Moisture, free acidity and strength limits
- Quantity and preferred packaging
- Destination port and delivery terms
- Label, marking and inspection requirements
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the product 21-0-0-24S?
21% nitrogen and 24% sulfur is a common commercial reference. The exact guaranteed analysis must be confirmed against the offered specification and batch COA.
What granule size is available?
2–5 mm is a common range for granular material, but the accepted range and percentage within range should be agreed before order.
Can it be used for bulk blending?
Yes, subject to particle-size compatibility, moisture condition and blend design. Buyers should confirm compatibility with the other fertilizer components.
Do you manufacture the product yourselves?
Yes. Granular ammonium sulfate is supplied from our own fertilizer manufacturing operation, which has been engaged in fertilizer production since 1992.
Can you provide a COA and inspection support?
A representative specification and available batch documentation can be reviewed before purchase. Please state any third-party inspection requirements in the RFQ.
